Courtney Gilmer D.C.
Dr. Gilmer found out she had scoliosis when she was 11. After years of being told from other doctors that she would most likely have to live with pain the rest of her life, her family consulted a Doctor of Chiropractic and believe the difference it made in her life, her pain, and her spinal function. She finally had hope and answers that instilled a passion in her that led to pursing Chiropractic as a career!
Dr. Gilmer graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Biology/Pre-med and then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida to become a Doctor of Chiropractic. In school she learned how chiropractic care can greatly help the pregnant women as well as the pediatric community. She started to pursue the Pediatric and Pregnancy diplomate through the ICPA, which gave her advanced training in treating pregnant women through the entire course of their pregnancy and children of all ages. Dr. Gilmer is also certified in the Webster technique through the ICPA which is a technique that focuses on proper pelvis position. The Webster technique is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment. The goal is to reduce the effects of the sacral imbalances and SI dysfunction so that the neuro-biomechanical function in the pelvis is improved. She loves treating kids of all ages and feels honored when she gets to give a baby their first chiropractic adjustment.
Dr. Gilmer grew up in Pennsylvania and her husband Nathan is from Colorado. Following graduation, they moved back to Colorado to be near the mountains again. They love hiking, being outside, and exploring our beautiful state. Dr. Gilmer is also the mother of two children, her daughter River and her son Arden. She had them both at home with the help of her amazing midwives and that forever changed her view of what the human body is capable of and fueled her passion even further of helping women have the birth that they desire.

Micaire Hawkins
After her first adjustment at age 7, Dr. Hawkins felt the draw to become a chiropractor. She feels she has always innately embodied the chiropractic lifestyle, even before knowing it. Upon graduating with a bachelor’s in Biology, Dr. Hawkins attended New York Chiropractic College in upstate NY. During her last month of chiropractic school, Dr. Hawkins could intern anywhere in the USA. She chose to spend that month in Hawaii, where her first female mentor further exposed her to the miracle of chiropractic for helping with fertility issues, comfortable pregnancy, and healthy infancy. She immediately tapped into the natural birthing community and had her doula and midwife selected for a good decade before having her own children. For the next nearly 20 years, Dr. Hawkins spent her life on the island of Oahu, where she owned a successful sports and pregnancy practice in Honolulu and served in a group practice serving mamas, babies, and lots of military. Dr. Hawkins is certified in the Webster technique and has attended countless post-grad trainings in pediatrics and pregnancy through the ICPA. (The Webster technique is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment. The goal is to reduce the effects of sacral imbalances and SI dysfunction to improve the neuro-biomechanical function in the pelvis). Her greatest honor in practice is introducing families to chiropractic care by giving their babies their first adjustment and reintroducing care to those who have had a less than a great experience with chiropractic. Dr. Hawkins was born and raised in Albany, NY, became an adult, wife, and mom in Hawaii, and is now here in Colorado to explore mountain life and experience seasons again! As a mom of two home-birthed Hawaii babes, Charly (7) and Pippin (4), Dr. Hawkins enjoys crafting (with lots of glitter), baking, and adventuring. She and her family intend to get back into skiing, ice skating, and road-tripping! Dr. Hawkins’ husband, Ryan, is a retired Navy Cheif and is currently a grad student at Regis University. He is revisiting his love of hockey and hoodie weather. For the majority of her career, she has gone by her first name, so feel free to call her Dr. Micaire.
